Christmas is a season of gathering and giving. And its a season of "shopping" & wrapping for me. I wished the shopping is for my own luxury but I have been busy getting gifts for the little children that we are going to meet.
WF cannot imagine the amount of gifts I had just finished wrapping. He was like,"Wah!" The count is 18 at the moment and I haven't bought Zhi's present.
A friend asked me why am I so "kia-su" to start buying presents so early. Well, first, I prefer to buy early than rushing madly later. Second, buying early allows me to have more choice for selection. Third, a lot of our friends are going to be away during the Christmas week, so some of us are meeting early. I better get the gifts ready soon.
Now I'm suffering from backache: For sitting on the floor for too long while wrapping the gifts. I have also come to the conclusion that I may be good at other things but when it comes to gift wrappings, I score badly. So to all the little ones, please don't blame Auntie for such bad wrappings. The contents are actually quite nice, really.
Now back to my work... I have left it as it is since Wednesday and I have a dateline to meet!!
