Speed & Noise of F1

While organizing my photos, I found this clip that I took during the F1 race.

They say the speed of the cars are at about 300km/hr on average. And between each car, the time difference is less than 1 second. Looking at the clip which is about 20secs with the 20 racing cars, I think these statistics are right.

Of course the noise is really deafening. I had my ear plugs in before the race started and was still in my ears all throughout the race. The noise level can be up to 130 decibels high (very very loud) and that is why the organizer strongly recommend children under the age of 7 not to attend the race.
